AI for business: team subscriptions and company payment

We set up AI subscriptions for several employees at once in a single order: ChatGPT Plus and Pro, Claude Pro, Cursor Pro, Midjourney, Google AI Pro. One seat — from $26 per month at today's rate; the price matches your order.

Team plans (ChatGPT Team, Claude Team, Cursor Teams, Google AI for Workspace), invoice payment from a legal entity and closing documents are available on request: tell us the service and the number of seats, and the manager will work out the price and say what is possible for your amount.

What to set up for a task in a company

The price is per seat per month, for the lowest plan that is enough for the task. Multiply by the number of employees — that is your monthly budget. All plans and annual prices are on the plans page.

A team plan or a Plus for everyone

"One Plus for the whole department on a shared password" is a bad idea: services limit the number of devices, the chat history is shared, and when the password changes everyone loses access. There are two honest options: a personal subscription for each person or a company team plan.

Company request

To get a quote right away, tell us three things: which service and plan, how many seats, and whether you need invoice payment from a legal entity. Whether invoice payment and closing documents are available depends on the amount and the service — the manager will tell you honestly what is possible.

  • Personal subscriptions for employees: set up on the day of payment, 15–30 minutes per seat.
  • Team plans: price and term on request, depending on the number of seats.
  • Renewal of the whole batch in one order — we remind you a few days before the end.

Why a company needs a subscription rather than the free version

Free versions of AI services are fine for trying things out. For work they fall short for three reasons: the message limit runs out by lunchtime, free plans don't give access to the strong models or to working with files, and, most importantly, data from a free chat may be used for training by default. For a company that uploads a contract or a client list into a chat, the last point is no small matter.

A paid subscription removes the limits and gives you privacy settings, and a team plan adds an administrator, a shared workspace and no training on your data by default. Which of the two you need depends on the size of the team and how sensitive the data is. Below we go through it by scenario.

Scenarios: what departments set up

Sales department

Emails to clients, replies to objections, commercial proposals from a template, analysing a call recording. Most often this is ChatGPT Plus for each manager: it is the fastest in short tasks, works by voice from the phone, and keeps "projects" with uploaded price lists and guidelines. The invite-link option is convenient because the employee doesn't hand over the password to their account — the subscription lands on their account through the link.

Marketing

Texts for the website and newsletters, posts, video scripts, banners. Here it is usually a combination: Claude Pro for texts — it keeps the brand style steadier across long materials — and Midjourney Standard for visuals. If one person writes the texts and another makes the images, the subscriptions go to different people, and there is no need to pay for two services per person.

Development

The most frequent request from companies. The standard is Cursor Pro for every developer: the editor sees the whole project, edits several files and runs tests. The team lead and those who handle architecture and reviews get Claude Pro added: it includes Claude Code — a terminal agent that takes a task in full. A detailed breakdown of who should get what is on the AI for programmers page.

Support

Reply templates, analysing tickets, searching the knowledge base. ChatGPT Plus with a project containing the guidelines and frequent questions covers most first-line tasks. If the knowledge base consists of long documents running to hundreds of pages, Claude will cope better: it accepts them in full and invents less.

Design

Midjourney Standard for those who generate images several times a day, and Pro for studios with dozens of generations that need stealth mode so the work doesn't appear in the public feed. If the designer also makes video — Gemini on the Google AI Pro plan with Veo 3; the choice for video is covered separately on the AI for video page.

A company in Google Workspace

If correspondence runs through Gmail and documents live in Google Docs and Sheets, Gemini is built right into them. It is set up on the employee's work email "to the client's email": no account access needs to be handed over, which is essential for corporate mail. Full Google AI for Workspace with administration is available on request.

How many seats to buy

Count not the whole staff but those who will use the AI every week. Our experience from orders: in a department of ten, three or four work with the AI regularly, the rest open it once a month — the free version or the minimum plan is enough for them. It is better to start with fewer seats and add more in a month than to pay for ten subscriptions, six of which sit idle. Adding a seat is just another order in the same chat.

The second piece of advice is not to give everyone the same thing. A developer needs Cursor, a marketer Claude, a head of sales ChatGPT: three different services for three people will be more useful than one service for everyone. If you don't know who needs what, describe to the manager who does what, or look at the task table on the which AI to choose page.

Data security

The company's main question is where what employees type into the chat ends up. In short:

  • In personal plans (Plus, Pro, Claude Pro) data may by default be used to improve the models. This is switched off in the privacy settings in a minute — ask employees to do it on the first day, or the manager will show where.
  • In team plans, training on the company's data is switched off under the plan's terms, and the administrator can verify this.
  • None of the services is intended for clients' personal data without anonymisation — that is a legal requirement, not the service's. Surnames, phone numbers and contract numbers are best removed before uploading.
  • A shared account for the whole department with one password is the worst option for security: the history is shared, a departed employee keeps access until the password is changed, and changing the password kicks everyone out.

If the data is so sensitive that personal plans with training switched off aren't enough, that is a sign you need a team plan. Tell us which service and how many seats, and we'll work out the price.

How it is set up for several employees

  1. Message the manager @timurjob1 using the "Company request" button: service, plan, number of seats, whether you need invoice payment. A list works fine: "Cursor Pro — 4, Claude Pro — 2, ChatGPT Plus — 3".
  2. Receive the quote. The price per seat is the same as on the storefront at today's rate; for team plans the manager will quote the price separately.
  3. Pay in one transfer in cryptocurrency (USDT). Invoice payment from a legal entity — check with the manager, the option depends on the amount and the service.
  4. Provide access in the service's format. ChatGPT Plus has an invite-link option — the employee clicks the link themselves, nobody hands over a password. For Gemini the subscription is set up "to the client's email" — the address is enough. For Claude, Cursor and Midjourney, account login is needed for the duration of the setup; afterwards the password is changed and the subscription stays.
  5. In 15–30 minutes per seat the subscriptions are active. For a batch of ten seats, allow a couple of hours — we deliver them one by one and report on each.

No VPN is needed for the setup. To use some services from countries where they restrict access, you will need one — companies usually already have a corporate one, and the manager will tell you which service needs it.

Renewing in a batch

All personal subscriptions run for a month; Gemini Plus and Super Grok have annual plans. So you don't have to track ten dates, we record the date the batch was set up and remind you a few days before it ends; renewal is one order in the same chat, without handing over access again where that is possible. If the team has changed, some seats simply aren't renewed, and new ones are added in the same order.

Annual payment, where available, is worth taking once the service has settled in: per month over a year it comes out noticeably cheaper. For the first month you don't need the annual plan — first make sure the employees actually use it.

What we need from the company

For personal subscriptions for employees — nothing but payment and access: no contract, no company details. If you need invoice payment from a legal entity or closing documents, say so in the first message: the option depends on the amount and the service, and it is more honest to get the answer before you approve the budget inside the company. For team plans we will need the administrator's work email, on which the workspace will be created, and the list of participants — it can be sent later, once the plan is set up.

Guarantee

The guarantee is valid for the entire paid period for each seat: if the subscription dropped through our fault, we restore it or refund the money for that seat. The terms are the same as for private orders — they are described on the guarantees page. What the guarantee doesn't cover: the account being blocked by the service itself for violating its rules, and changes in the service's terms, which happen to every AI service several times a year — in that case we find a replacement and recalculate.

If you have questions that aren't answered on this page, ask the manager before paying. The prices of all plans at today's rate are collected on the AI subscription prices in USD page.

FAQ

They aren't in the catalogue as a ready-made product — team plans are arranged on request through the manager, and the price depends on the number of seats. Tell us the service and the number of employees, and we'll work it out.
