Terms of Service

This User Agreement governs the use of the website subboom.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). The Site is administered by the subboom.ru site administration (contacts in Section 8).

By using the Site, you confirm that you have read this Agreement and accept its terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

The procedure for providing services, terms, guarantees, and returns are regulated by a separate document — the Offer Agreement. The processing of personal data is regulated by the Policy regarding the processing of personal data.

1. Terms

1.1. Site — the collection of pages located at subboom.ru, including all subdomains and sections.

1.2. User — any person using the Site.

1.3. Content — texts, images, design, program code, and other materials posted on the Site.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Agreement defines the terms of access to the Site and the rules for its use.

2.2. The Site provides information about services and the ability to place an order. The mere use of the Site does not create obligations to provide services — these arise from the moment an order is placed under the terms of the Offer Agreement.

3. Use of the Site

3.1. The User has the right to view the Site, place orders, and contact the Administration through the contacts listed on the Site.

3.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate data when placing an order.

3.3. The User is prohibited from:

  • interfering with the operation of the Site, including attempts to gain unauthorized access to its sections, databases, and proprietary information;
  • using automated tools for mass data collection from the Site that create excessive load;
  • copying and distributing the Site's Content for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Administration;
  • posting materials through the Site's forms that violate applicable law.

3.4. The Administration has the right to restrict access to the Site for a user who violates this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. The Content of the Site, including texts, design, and program code, belongs to the Administration or is used on a legal basis.

4.2. Quoting materials from the Site is permitted provided that an active hyperlink to the source is indicated.

4.3. The names of services, trademarks, and logos mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used solely to designate the services provided by the Administration. The Administration is not an official representative of these rights holders.

5. Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1. The Site is provided "as is." The Administration does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation and has the right to suspend access for technical maintenance.

5.2. Information on the Site, including service descriptions, subscription composition, and regional restrictions, is provided for reference purposes and may change at the discretion of the rights holders. The current terms of a specific order are confirmed by the manager before payment.

5.3. The Site may contain links to third-party resources. The Administration is not responsible for their content or policies.

5.4. The Administration's liability to the User is limited by the terms of the Offer Agreement.

6. Personal Data

6.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Policy regarding the processing of personal data.

7. Changes and Final Provisions

7.1. The Administration has the right to change this Agreement. The new version comes into force from the moment it is posted at subboom.ru/terms.

7.2. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if agreement is not reached, in accordance with the procedure established by law.
